THE VANDALISM FINE FOR RESIDENTS OF CHATEAU PARK IS $5OOO.OO. PERSONS CAUGHT IN POOL AREA AFTER HOURS ARE TRESPASSING, AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IN POOL PARKING LOT.
Pool/Jacuzzi
Pool and Jacuzzi hours are 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
daily.
All
persons using the Pool and/or the Jacuzzi do so at their own
risk. The Homeowners' Association does not assume
responsibility for accidents or injuries. There is no lifeguard on
duty.
Bathroom
facilities for the Pool area are located in the pool
area.
No
running, jumping, diving, boisterous or rough play is permitted in
the Jacuzzi, Pool or Pool area.
No
glass containers of any kind are allowed in the Pool, Pool area,
Jacuzzi or Jacuzzi Area.
No
eating, drinking or smoking is allowed in the Pool Area or Jacuzzi
Area.
Articles
left unattended by the Pool or Jacuzzi are left at your
risk.
No
one shall play a radio, television, stereo, tape player or other
sound-producing device without using an earphone which renders the
device wholly inaudible to others in the
area.
Any
person having any apparent skin disease or any communicable disease
shall not use the Pool or Jacuzzi.
Individuals
under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the Pool without a
responsible adult in attendance and supervising their
activity. Individuals under 12 years of age are not permitted
to use the Jacuzzi at any time.
Proper
attire (including swim diapers for infants) shall be worn in the
Pool.
No
furniture or other inappropriate objects are to be placed in the
Pool or Jacuzzi.
Pool
furniture must not be removed from the Pool area.
Tennis Courts
The Tennis Courts are for tennis play only. Proper tennis attire is
required. No street shoes, sandals, or black-soled shoes are
allowed on the court. No skateboards, roller blades, roller skates,
scooters, bicycles or other wheeled devices are permitted on the
Tennis Courts at any time.
Doubles
are restricted to 1-1/2 hours of play, and singles are restricted
to 1 hour, when others are waiting to
play.
No
glass containers of any kind are allowed in the Tennis Court
area.
Night
lighting is provided. Please turn off the lights immediately after
use.
Individuals
under 8 years of age are not permitted to use the Tennis Courts
without a responsible adult in attendance and supervising their
activity.
