IF YOU SEE A STREET LIGHT OUT, PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT SOMEONE ELSE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. PLEASE WRITE DOWN THE NUMBER ON THE STREET LIGHT (METAL STRIP), AND CLICK HERE TO REPORT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR REPAIR.

PARKING ENFORCEMENT



OWNERS ARE ALLOWED TO PARK IN GUEST PARKING!!! OWNERS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ALLOWED TO PARK IN GUEST PARKING!!! NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO PARK THEIR VEHICLES IN FIRELANES.
If you are not using your garage to park vehicles, do not park in guest parking. Some residents have opted to use their garages for storage and are also parking their vehicles in guest parking. This is not fair to owners that use their garages to park their vehicles, and is a violation of our rules and regulations as well as City Ordinance.

MANY HOMEOWNERS EXPRESSED A CONCERN TO THE ASSOCIATION THAT THEY WANT TO BE ABLE TO PARK IN GUEST PARKING, AND IT SHOULD BE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. THIS POLICY HAS NOT CHANGED!!!! WE ARE STRICTLY TALKING ABOUT FOLKS THAT ARE USING THEIR GARAGES FOR STORAGE, AND ALSO WANT TO USE GUEST PARKING TO PARK THEIR CARS. THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE. If everyone were using their garages for storage, this would not be an issue, but such is not the case.

WE HAVE ABOUT HALF THE ASSOCIATION THAT WANTS PARKING REGS ENFORCED, AND HALF THAT DO NOT. WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU! MAJORITY RULES.
EMAIL US AND LET US KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. The Board only implements policies based on complaints, and has a "live and let live" policy.


Please be sure to read and follow the parking rules located on this website.
 
Should there be problems at the pool this summer, the Board will consider additional services to rectify those problems.
 
As always, if you see suspicious behavior, please contact the police or if there is an immediate danger, call 911.

All Voting Members of The Association are Welcome to Attend. The Homeowners “open forum” will take place at 6 P.M.

Most residence really like the website, but several also want "email" notifications. We have mailed you a data sheet, so you can provide us up to date information. This will allow us to send you email updates, emergency notifications, and also have sufficient information to assist in the event of an earthquake or other Association Emergency. If you do not fill out the form, and mail it back to management, then do not complain that you are not informed, and do not receive notices.

The Board is aggressively enforcing fines.

If any Resident or Guest is caught doing Vandalism in the complex a $5,000 "Association" fine and criminal prosecution is authorized. click here for more details. Anyone caught in the pool area after hours will be criminally prosecuted for trespassing.

You can start hanging Christmas/Hannukah Lights after Thanksgiving, and they should be removed by January 15.
Awnings
If your awning are shredded and not maintained, we will start fining you for every month you do not fix them.
Utility Doors
If your Utility Doors are not maintained, we are going to fine you for every month they are not repaired
Trash Cans
If you leave them out, we will fine you, if that does not work, we will have them removed and you can pay to have them returned.

URGENT NOTICE
Effective February 1, 2009 ANY VEHICLE PARKED IN FRONT OF A GARAGE OR OTHER DESIGNATED FIRE LANE AS POSTED WILL BE TOWED!

ANYONE STORING THEIR VEHICLE IN GUEST PARKING WILL BE TOWED! IF YOU ARE NOT PARKING VEHICLES IN YOUR GARAGE, DO NOT PARK IN GUEST PARKING.
