The Association has hired O'LINN Security to enforce parking regulations. If you observe a violation please call O’LINN Security directly “toll free” at 1 888-654-6648. This will eliminate the need to contact Management and/or come to the monthly board meetings with on-going individual complaints. We have instructed O’Linn to take phone calls directly from all Association Homeowners in good standing.
ANY CAR PARKED IN DESIGNATED FIRE LANES WILL BE TOWED (fire lanes are designated as any area in the cul de sacs other than the designated guest parking areas). If you leave your vehicle unattended in front of your garage, or in the driveway at corner units, you are blocking a fire lane. If you are unloading, or loading your vehicle, if your are washing your vehicle in front of your garage (please conserve water), if you are working on your vehicle, you are not in violation of the fire lane ordinance. Vehicles left unattended are in violation. So if you park your vehicle in front of your garage overnight- IT WILL BE TOWED.
ANY VEHICLE STORED IN GUEST PARKING WILL BE TOWED AFTER NOTICE TO COMPLY IS ISSUED AND VEHICLE IS NOT MOVED.
