PARKING ENFORCEMENT

We are starting the process of enforcing the rules and regulations as they relate to "Guest Parking". To insure that we do not cite and/or tow authorized vehicles please click here

If you are not using your garage to park two (2) vehicles, do not park in guest parking. Some residents have opted to use their garages for storage and are also parking their vehicles in guest parking. This is not fair to owners that use their garages to park two vehicles, and is a violation of our rules and regulations as well as City Ordinance. If you do not fill out the form, please do not complain when your vehicle is cited and/or towed. We have been talking about this for more than two years, and are finally trying to implement the a plan that has overwhelming support of the Association.

IN THE EVENT YOU RECEIVE A CITATION, AND HAVE NOT EMAILED THE INFORMATION TO MANAGEMENT, PLEASE CLICK HERE AND PROVIDE THEM THE REQUIRED INFORMATION TO AVOID FUTURE INCONVENIENCE


Cornwall Security Services, Inc. will be providing patrol service for parking enforcement. This will be done on a random basis nightly and is authorized to have vehicles towed who do not follow the association's parking rules.    Please be sure to read and follow the parking rules located on this website.
 
Should there be problems at the pool this summer, the Board will consider additional services to rectify those problems.
 
As always, if you see suspicious behavior, please contact the police or if there is an immediate danger, call 911.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2008 THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA PASSED A LAW REQUIRING ASSOCIATION BOARDS TO ONLY BE ABLE TO ACT ON ITEMS LISTED ON THE MEETING AGENDA. WHAT THIS MEANS IS- IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING YOU WANT TO DISCUSS AT A BOARD MEETING YOU NEED TO EMAIL CHERYL AT GOLD COAST MANAGEMENT AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE THE MONTHLY MEETING AND ASK HIM TO ADD WHATEVER YOU WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS TO THE AGENDA. imagesThe Board Meets the 3rd Monday of Every Other Month (except holidays) - 5:00 P.M. at the McDonalds Community Meeting Room (McDonalds is located at Canwood and Kanan right near our complex). All Voting Members of The Association are Welcome to Attend. The Homeowners “open forum” will take place at 6 P.M.

Most residence really like the website, but several also want "email" notifications. We have mailed you a data sheet, so you can provide us up to date information. This will allow us to send you email updates, emergency notifications, and also have sufficient information to assist in the event of an earthquake or other Association Emergency. If you do not fill out the form, and mail it back to management, then do not complain that you are not informed, and do not receive notices.

The Board is aggressively enforcing fines.

If any Resident or Guest is caught doing Vandalism in the complex a $5,000 "Association" fine and criminal prosecution is authorized. click here for more details. Anyone caught in the pool area after hours will be criminally prosecuted for trespassing.

If your X-mas tree lights are still hanging, shame on you. We will start fining each homeowner who still has X-mas tree lights hanging.
Awnings
If your awning are shredded and not maintained, we will start fining you for every month you do not fix them.
Utility Doors
If your Utility Doors are not maintained, we are going to fine you for every month they are not repaired
Trash Cans
If you leave them out, we will fine you, if that does not work, we will have them removed and you can pay to have them returned.

Effective February 1, 2009 ANY VEHICLE PARKED IN FRONT OF A GARAGE OR OTHER DESIGNATED FIRE LANE AS POSTED WILL BE TOWED!

ANYONE STORING THEIR VEHICLE IN GUEST PARKING WILL BE TOWED! IF YOU ARE NOT PARKING VEHICLES IN YOUR GARAGE, DO NOT PARK IN GUEST PARKING.
