Trash is picked up every Monday. Please put your trash cans out on Sunday, and take them in on Monday evening. Homeowners who leave their trash cans out all week will be called to a hearing and fined. The fines will add up, and depending on the circumstance, you risk us removing the trash cans, and charging you a hefty fee to have them replaced. Trash cans must be placed in your garage or backyard. DO NOT PUT THEM ON THE SIDE OF YOUR HOUSE OR LEAVE THEM IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE. They must not be visible.
THE BOARD IS PLANNING TO REMOVE ANY TRASH CASH LEFT OUT FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME AND HOMEOWNERS WILL NEED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AND PAY ALL NECESSARY COSTS TO HAVE THEM RETURNED, IN ADDITION TO FINES!
